PAU YG KU BUAT UTK MENGHILANGKAN BOSAN YG MELANDA DIRI.....

(RESEPI DARI MIZ KEMA - Copy paste balik)
•PAU - Miz Kema

1kg tepung-sy guna pau/ tpg h0ng k0ng (sbb teksturnya lebih putih)
1cmb baking p0wder d0uble acti0n-b.p0wder (jns ni sesuai utk kuih yg kukus)
1/2cmb bread s0ftner (guna pau s0ftner lg 0k..)
1 1/2cmb yeast istant
1cmb susu pekat
2cmb gula kast0r
2cmt garam halus
500ml air-mcm biasa kl0 buat d0h (cmni sy suka air+ais..)
100gm sh0rtening pau (guna sh0rtening sepenuhnya)

-masuk semua bhn kecuali sh0rtening..
-uli sehingga menjadi d0h yg sebati
-masukkan sh0rtening..... kl0 d0h pau x perlu uli lama..ckup sekadar d0h sebati..
-bulat2kan..masuk inti..rest bg kembang sket pastu kukus..alas kain kat penutup periuk kukus..

masa mengadun ^^' sy cadangk' kl0 akak bancuh s0rg utk 1 kg..lbeh baik guna ais..sbb tkt nnt d0h kembang/kering kl0 biar lama2 sementara tgu kita ltak inti..kl0 d0h sejuk..pr0ses kembang die lmbt sket..tp terpulang pd cara masing2..kl0 sy lbeh suka guna air+ais kl0 buat d0h

nak buat blackpaper..s0s plak xde..
sy x makan s0sej s0 guna ayam/tuna jer..

500gm tepung r0ti
2tbs susu tepung
15gm yeast
1/2tbs garam
1tbs gula
3tbs marjerin/sh0rtening-sy ganti minyak sayur
1bj telur
230ml air+ais

-putar semua bahan kering..
-masukkan telur+air sejuk..putar sehinggan jd d0h yg sebati..
-masukkan lemak..putar smp d0h licin..
-bulatk’ d0h 100gm..rest d0h jap..
-leperkan..cucuk d0h dgn garfu..rest d0h bg kembang..baked half baked..suhu 170c..
-sapu s0s..tabur inti..letak nenas+vegedll..pipe s0s+may0naise..tabur chesse m0zarela+parmesan..


-t0pping-
daging ayam-cincang+g0reng tnpa minyak utk keringk’ air..
bawang putih-cincang
buah t0mat0-blend
lada sulah+gula+garam-secukup rasa
mix vege..

KEK MARBLE DULCE DE LECHE VERSI KAK JIE JIE

Salam Semua,
Tarrrraaaaaaaa....kek marble akak sudah siap. Terima kasih Rohana Sulaiman sebab share kek yang sedap ni.. Tapi akak sedih oven akak tu berenti berpusing, so adelah hangit sebahagian kek tu... Pas tu akak masukkan kek ke dalam microwave.. sampai masak...alhamdulillah..menjadi
jugak dia....

KEK MARBLE DULCE DE LECHE - Recipe dari My Recipe

( Rohana Sulaiman)

1 cawan mentega/majerin ( sy guna 1 buku mentega)
1/3 cawan padat gula perang
1 cawan dulce de leche
1 sk esen vanilla
2 cawan tepung gandum*( akak guna tepung naik sendiri + 1 sudu soda bikarbonate)
1 1/2 sk baking powder* (*ayak bersama)
4 biji telur besar - dipukul ringan( akak guna telur 6 biji sbb kecik tk pukul terus masuk)
100 g coklat masakan - cair (sy guna chocolate chips cairkan di Micro Oven)
( akak guna coklat blueberry dicairkan double boil )

Cara-cara

Pukul mentega/majerin dengan gula hingga kembang( akak pukul selama 7 minit) lalu masukkan esen vanilla dan terus pukul.
Tuang dulce de leche sambil adunan dipukul terus hingga rata.
Perlahankan mixer dan masukkan campuran tepung sedikit2 dan akhir sekali masukkan telur sambil dipukul lagi hingga sebati.
Adunan dibahagi dua dan bubuh coklat cair( akak masukkan coklat blueberry+ perisa strawberry tu lebih terang kalornya) pd 1 bahagian adunan.
Marblekan adunan di dalam loyang yang digris dan dialas dasarnya.
Bakar pd suhu 170C selama 45 min - 1 jam atau hingga masak.

ORANGE CHICKEN PAPRIKA
Resepi: Majalah SEDAP

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam,potong 16 bahagian (saya guna 800gm ayam)
2 sudu makan sirap oren (cth:sunquick)
3 sudu makan madu
2 sudu makan kicap Inggeris (saya guna kicap cair soya)
1 labu bawang besar| dipotong panjang besar
1 biji lada benggala merah | potong memanjang (saya guna 1/2 biji)
1 biji lada benggala hijau | potong memanjang (saya tak guna)
1 biji lada benggala kuning | potong memanjang (saya guna 1/2 biji)
1 sudu teh garam
2 sudu teh lada hitam kasar
200ml air (saya kuramgkan)
3 sudu makan mentega tawar (guna mentega biase)

Cara membuatnya :
1.Lumur ayam dengan sunquick, madu dan kicap Inggeris.Perapkan lebih selama 1 jam dalam peti sejuk.
2.Bakar ayam dengan menggunakan api bawah suhu ketuhar 170 drjh C selama 20 minit sehingga kecoklatan.
3.Panaskan mentega.Tumis bawang besar sehingga terbit aroma.Masukkan ayam dan baki rempah bakar.Masukkan garam dan lada hitam.Kacau rata.
4.Tuangkan air.Masak hingga menyerap.Sebelum diangkat, masukkan lada benggala.Kacau sehingga agak layu.

How to Make Mashed Potatoes

There are many ways to mash potatoes. Here's a favorite way!
It's no secret mashed potatoes taste best when they're made with lots of cream and butter, and we don't skimp here. But keep in mind, you can use as much or as little butter and cream as you like.
1. We used a blend of red and russet potatoes. This combination creates a slight texture variation. If you prefer completely smooth mashed potatoes, this method still applies, but russet or Yukon Gold potatoes--with their high starch content--are the best mashers.

We used 6 potatoes, 1 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup salted butter, and salt to taste.
2. Peel the potatoes, removing as many of the eyes as possible with the tip of your peeler. (If you prefer more rustic mashed potatoes, keep the skin on half of them.)
3. Submerge the potatoes in a bowl of cold water to keep them from turning brown while you are chopping them.
4. Cut the potatoes into similar-sized chunks so they will cook evenly: the cubes should be about 1½ to two inches wide.
5. Use a pot large enough to hold the potatoes with enough water to cover. Add salt, if desired. Place the pot over a high heat and bring the water to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer.
6. Simmer, covered, until tender--about 15 to 20 minutes. A knife tip inserted into a potato should meet no resistance; if the potato clings to the knife, the potatoes need to cook longer. When potatoes are done, remove from heat and drain immediately.
7. Reserve the potato water if you would like to use it in place of butter or cream when mashing, or if you plan to make a vegetable soup stock or sourdough bread.

8. Let the potatoes sit for a minute to dry and to allow any excess water to drain from the bottom of the colander. Meanwhile, heat the butter and cream in a small saucepan at a low temperature. (You can also use the microwave for this step.)
9. We used a food mill to make these mashed potatoes. A food mill or potato ricer are probably the best tools for mashed potatoes, as they won't over-mix, which can result in a gluey texture. Other tools work just fine, however--but the finished product might not be as smooth and fluffy.
10. A ricer or mill ensures that once the potatoes have passed through the grate at the bottom, they'll be lump-free: the potato is forced into small “grains” like rice. The biggest drawback with using electric mixers is that they can overwork the potatoes to the point where the starch molecules break. Use care: mix the potatoes enough to avoid lumps, but not so much that they take on a sticky, gummy consistency.
11. Once the potatoes have been passed through the mill, drizzle half of your hot cream through and around the grate to get every last bit of potato. Clean off the bottom of the ricer, and add any additional mashed potatoes to the bowl you have been working in. Gently stir in the remaining butter and cream.
12. At this point, taste the potatoes for seasoning and adjust to taste. Test for consistency, too: if the potatoes are too thick, add more cream. Other herbs and spices can be added at this point as well--chopped chives, Italian parsley, Parmesan cheese, crumbled bacon, roasted garlic, chopped scallions, or creamed leeks are all delicious additions.
13. To reduce the fat content of traditional mashed potatoes, use low-fat sour cream in place of butter, and milk or broth rather than cream. Try some of these excellent spiced-up mashed potato recipes:

Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 7 baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Place garlic cloves in a small baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, cover, and bake 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add potatoes, and cook until tender but firm. Drain, and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Place roasted garlic, milk, Parmesan cheese, and butter into the bowl with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Beat to desired consistency with an electric mixer.

BLACK BEAUTY CHOC MOIST CAKE

Kek yang cukup menguja minda dari:

BLACK BEAUTY CHOC MOIST CAKE


250g butter
150g jem (saya guna apricot jem)
150g gula castor
4 biji telur B
230g tepung naik sendiri
1/2 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
2 sudu kecil nescafe
200g air panas # @ 200g susu segar berperisa coklat
50g coklat masakan #
1 sudu besar choc emulco

Cara-cara :
Sediakan loyang bersaiz 9 inci.
Sapu marjerin
Campurkan coklat masakan dengan air panas
Biarkan sejuk
Panaskan oven bersuhu 150 darjah
Pukul butter, gula dan jem sehingga putih
Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji
Masukkan coklat emulco
Masukkan ,nescafe, tepung berselang dengan air coklat @ susu segar
Kacau secara kaub balik sehingga rata
Masukkan ke dalam loyang
Boleh dibakar sehingga masak


COKLAT GANACHE

Bahan Ganache Coklat
300 gm krim tenusu
30 gm sirap glukos
500 gm coklat gelap ~ hiris halus

Didihkan krim dan sirap glukos.
Tuangkan dalam bekas yg berisi coklat gelap
kacau rata hingga coklat larut sepenuhnya
